“WHAT COMES AFTER” A Skateboard Film
A look into “What Comes After” A Skateboard Film presented by Ascension Clothing Co. For the homies who don’t know, Ascension was my brand that I created back in 2018 when my Ma gave me a space to be creative and make my art. Being a true skateboarder at heart, the brand started out with the homies skating in New places and screenprinting clothing in my garage. Ascension evolved over time into more of a collective of artists and skateboarders that collaborated in different ways. At the end of last year I decided it was time to move on to focus more on the street art and illustration that I'm doing now.
The plan was to release this final video that we had been collecting footage for the past three years in multiple countries and cities. I also wanted to do one final run of clothing that brought in new graphics and celebrated the favorites from over the years. After months of planning and hard work, we got what you see here. We hope you enjoy these memories and time spent together, it is a celebration of What Comes After and who we transform into. Till The Wheels Fall Off. Skate or Die.
